We would like to thank everyone for their patience and understand on Friday March 7th while Greensboro, NC experienced a significant ice storm. While Navica and the public websites were fully functional and operational, our Internet Service Provider experienced trunk level outages all over the city and surrounding areas. They notified us early afternoon that they had 2 separate fiber optic lines that were cut during the ice storm. By 4:30 EST, they had repaired the lines which restored accessibility. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but, as stated above, this issue was completely out of our control. We appreciate your continued business and support.
